i have already applied 2 coats of z5 with zfx and im going to apply one more unless there is a need for more coats? if three enough before i top it off with z6 or should i put 4 or 5 coats on? thanks

 

i fine 3 coats is really as best as its going to get..

but Zaino is more of a cult following.. we simply love adding layer after layer , some exceeding 80 layers on my past vehicle..

i fine z2 pro over z5 will add some depth and look better..

then subsequent coats of z2 pro is purely up to you..

I think of multiples coats of zaino as simply "therapy" whenever i wash my car ..

 

after 3 i would top it off with p21s... not what you were expecting to hear, but check it out. it will pop your paint even more than the zaino!

and its a lot easier to apply and remove. it works great over zaino!

so after the 3 coats of z5 i throw the p21s on over it? do i then put the z6 on over everything or should i put the z6 under the p21s? thanks, even with 3 coats on there and no z6 yet it looks amazing. cant wait to see it get better!

 

I'd say 3 coats is the minimum you should use. I usually apply 6 then top it off with Meguires #26 yellow wax.

 

does anyone else use z6 inbetween coats?, i just read this suggestion in the instructions, wondering if anyone else does this.

 

z6 is fine between coats...
i dont z6 the last coat if i am carnubaing it

 

if my arms can take it, i Z6 between coats, yes.
