I need help on some pricing

I got an offer from a bodyshop for $250 to take off the bumper, paint it, and put it back on. Is this a good offer or should I haggle a little bit more? Thanks in advanced for everyone's reply.

IMHO ... that's Cheap. That's a lot of labor / paint but I would get a few more estimates just to be sure
