Default Kissed the garage

Well I came in a little "too hot" into the garage tonight (90 deg. right hand turn) and kissed the side of the garage with my CR lip. The white paint will scratch off my Berlina, so there really doesn't seem to be any permanent damage, but I was wondering if there is something that will take it off without eating the clear coat. I do have a PC....

I would try a clay bar and some lube, it should remove most if not all of the paint.

never wetsanded in my life :? But from what I read it's a simple as taking 1500 grit sandpaper, a flexible sanding sponge and some water and removing the scuff. Key is to keep the working surface completely wet right?

This stuff eats right through collision white paint stuff. I use it on my car, friends cars, w/e. Won't get out scratches, but get rids of the white damage easy as can be.

Picked up a space heater, quick detailer, and 1500 grit wet/dry (insurance) and have the "materials" in the apt warming up. I'll hit it up tonight and post the results.

And fixed! It isn't perfect...but I'm pretty happy with the results. Under ambient light, the scratches are blended well. Now my only problem is that one tiny corner of my front lip is shinier than the rest of the whole freakin car

After claying...clay took the paint out with a little effort

After 2 polishes, 1 glaze, and wax

Porter Cable is a must have...how did I ever get by without one
