Default leaf blower

I used my leaf blower for the first time today to dry my berlina. I found it much better than hand drying. Hopefully, I can avoid swirls this way. Anyone else using this method?

Lots of people are using the leaf blowing method. It also helps to keep a good layer of wax or polish on the car. This helps to blow the water off and blast the big drops into little drops where they can evaporate harmlessly.

i never seem to do the same thing twice in a row, but do often use a blower- followed by big blue.
sometimes i use only big blue and sometimes the blade and big blue.
but i agree that the blower is a great tool

I really did buy my blower for the leaves...honest. When the neighbors start looking at me funny while I'm drying my car with my Black and Decker Leaf Hog, I blow a few leaves around to make it look like I'm actually cleaning up the driveway

I've been using a leaf blower for 15 years now. I saw my neighbor blowing leaves the other day and commented "that's a great idea blowing leaves with your car dryer" A leave blower works especially well on your wheels and on motorcycles with all its nooks and crannies they're very difficult to dry by towel plus water continually drips down on areas you've already dryed. If you're not using one already try a micro fiber towel to mop up any drops you missed with the blower. Micro fiber towels are light years ahead of synthetic chamois.
