Well im looking at a kit with a porter cable so i can start really detailing my car. I want to give her a good polish and seal. I think that would make the washes last longer. I wash my car every week sometimes every 2 but it seems to get dirty quick and i want to get rid of some scratches so i figure this is my next step to it. Any suggestions on this would be great thanks

 

That is an EXCELLENT starter package to get.

The PC7424XP is the perfect starting buffer, not even a monkey can burn through paint with it.

Menzerna polishes are regarded as some of the best polishes in the business (I know most of us here including Phil use Menzerna).

Phils Uber polishing pads are seriously good; I have one of each.

The only thing you are missing is a good sealant / wax.

 

i pretty much bought that same kit a few months back from phil.

like GPWhiteS2kFTW said, just get a sealant/wax.
