Default Microfiber OK with Zaino?

Prepping for first time Zaino. The Zaino instructions say "ALWAYS" use Cannon or Fieldcrest 100% cotton towels. I'd rather not run all over town searching for one brand of cotton towel if MF works just as well. Anybody use the MF can tell me how it did?

IMO, MF towels (acutally a very clean) MF Towel works better.. those little hooks that are embedded in the material will definitely be needed to removed that z2. Cotton towels require more elbow grease and can get awkward to fold and "rub against"

my recollection is that zaino was invented before mfs were around at all.
and my guess is that sal would change the instructions if he was preparing them today.

another vote for micro fiber towels with zaino-
but my first choice is usually the pc
(although i use an mf cover over lambswool for the removal)
