Default need advice please

okay so i was going to get MY02 detailed, so i was asking my friends if they knew ayone. So this one friend said "oh i can do it" so i said hey why not. car comes back, and i thought it was good (night btw). next morning i look at it in the sun, and there are opaque looking marks on the car! mi try to wash it off, but its still there. Does anyone have any advice on what i should do? I have limited knowledge of detailing, but i know it shouldnt look like this
Please and TIA

It could be wax that your friend forgot to take off or missed and stayed on. Do you happen to have a picture of the mark?

Its dark out at the moment, so I'll take pictures tomarrow as soon as its sunny out...dammit this is the last time I take it to an "ghetto expert".

yah its not all over the car, just some parts here and there....but you know how it is when it comes to our cars...I'm extremely anal about anything when it comes to
Tiffany.

yah it does kinda look like leftover wax, but when i try to rub it off, it smears a lil and doesnt go away.

update for sure tomarrow.

Those are called holograms.

Caused by someone who doesn't know what they're doing. Usually by a compound and wool pad. And then not finishing down. They can't be "wiped off". They're actual swirls in the clear coat that need to be mechanically abraded.

What you need to do is either research how to do it yourself... or take it to an accredited professional who can show you examples of work, and is completely legitimate.

j/k

I just had to post it.

Mainly, the best bet is like what is mentioned above. And, it would probably benefit you more if you get a starters kit and get the understanding on how the paint is scratched, swirled, hazed, and etc. Like a Porter Cable 7424xp and with Menzerna SIP + Nano, or Megs 105 +205 combo, would be a great polisher/polish combo to learn off of.
