For my dash, center console, and seats I use Adams leather conditioner. It has SPF (60?) in it to prevent UV damage, smells decent, and makes the leather really soft and rich looking.

I use turtle conditioner/cleaner for leather but I only use that on my seats. Do use your leather conditioner on everything. Dash, steering column, center console, and doors? I'll check out detailerdomain and see what I come across for polish and etc.

I came across this for a polish which can be hand applied.
