Need waxing advice...
Ok, as I said, I don't have TOO much experience with waxing. I've done it once or twice before on my old civic, but I definitely want to make sure that I'm doing it right for my S...
I'm pretty sure I have the method down, but if someone can give me any "insider" tips I'd appreciate that
My major question is about products... (btw I've tried searching but the damned search never works for me
)
Anyways, the car was already waxed about 2 months ago so I just want to add another layer I guess. I'm looking for some good off the counter wax products that I can use... What's good? Meguiar's, Mother's, Turtle Wax??
About application, I don't have access to a porter cable right now, so I'm going to do it by hand... What should I use to apply the wax? Are normal cotton terry cloths fine or would that be too harsh for application of the wax?? I have 3 or 4 microfiber cloths, but I'm not sure if that'll be enough to wax and then buff off the wax... I was just goint to save those to just buff everything off after I've applied the wax...
I really want to do this over the weekend so any help and advice would really be appreciated...

how to wax
i use meguiars nxt. not too bad. easy to put on and take off and smells good too. i think this is a good product for someone who's not as experienced. comes with an applicator. a microfiber should be good enough to take off. good luck

EDIT: oh, btw, will that one applicator be good enough for the whole car?

I imagine an applicator would be good enough for about 10 or 20 cars.

LoLLL, wellllll then... I guess I'm DEFINITELY a NOOB to this stuff...

Thanks btw
the applicator should last the whole bottle.
what i recommend doing is claying your car first. it's like primer before you paint. it's really simple. i'm sure other people will agree.
just read more about it on the site that was on the sent link above.
