Default New to leather seats

Never owned a car with leather seats in my life never really liked them to be honest but its growing on me, only thing I'm worried about is since the s2k is such a tight fit in and out is there a way to avoid the seats getting worn/weathered? I picked up some meguiars leather protectant do I just make sure to keep up on conditioning the seats? any other tips would be great

yup- first clean them with a good leather cleaner, then protect them with good protectant.
i like townsends products or lexol...
have not used the megs leather products, but maybe someone here can chime in.
also be a bit careful getting in and out to try to not rub too hard (jeans are the worst) against the bolster...

Lexol cleaner followed by Lexol conditioner. Best leather care product money can buy.

Leather master Vital is awesome, I got it from Phil at detailers domain, I used to use Lexol. Not anymore after using this on my S2000 and my wifes Lexus yesterday. Makes it very soft and supple. My opinion any way.

I doubt you'll be able to entirely eliminate any wear but you can minimize it by using the steps above. If wear does appear then have the leather repaired properly.

Here's a rather pricy suggestion. Get the Colassio seat covers and put them over the stocks then maintain as suggested above. These covers even come with plastic side bolster inserts so in a few years, your stock covers and seats should be as good as the day you covered them. I covered mine and I'm extremely satisfied with the very stock look and the quality of fit and consider this one mod that is truely worth price paid.
