Default New Wheels- Polish?

I want to add a very durable polish to the inside lip before mounting so I dont have to jack the car after the install to do this.
What are the recs for a very hard and utmost durable polish that will really take a beating on this part of the wheel.?
Thanks in advance for all replys. Jack

do you mean wax or protection product (instead of polish)?

assuming that you do, i like synthetics topped by wax-
the wax will evaporate very quickly and the synthetic will be gone soon too due to the heat at the wheels.
the combo seems to work well for me- in fact there is a product, called wheelwax, which is a combo wax/synthetic

have you seen our wheel cleaning thread?

Thanks for the link and all the great tips that are included.
I have several types of waxes but I think I'm going to try my Dupont carnuba spray wax with Teflon.
The Teflon additive of this product should serve nicley as a dust/dirt rejection system but totally unsure of the durability.
Durability may be a question that is difficult to answer due to the the many varied climes that owners primarily operate their autos.
I'll start with this stuff and maybe try something else next time it becomes necessary to clean my wheels.
