Default Not A Dent, Distortion

Just finished washing/shining when I noticed several nickle-sized *distortions* atop the front right wheel well. Grrrr. They aren't dents (can't feel them to the touch) but at certain angles the paint is definitely indicating very slight depressions. Perhaps a branch or green pine cones hit there. Any recommendations for coaxing them back out? Leave it in the sun, perhaps, and hope the heat might flex them back out? Dent doctor? As I mentioned, they are extremely difficult to detect (only at certain reflection angles). Any help appreciated as it's breaking my heart to find the first imperfection.

I would say just let it go.

Someone kind of hit my rear bumper (hit and run) and left a little one inch long and 1/8" thick light dent, paint didnt come off and you can only see it in some angle.......

Hope it makes you feel better.

Yea, I kinda feel the same way, although easier said than done. Sometimes it's those teeny tiny things that can drive you nuts.

If there's no scratches in the area, then it could have been someone leaning up against the fender. This can happen with car doors; like if you didn't close the door all the way, and you give it a shove with your hip to close it all the way...but that's not recommended with an S2000!
