Default Obsessive cumplisive, or just normal?? Black S2K

I find myself clean my blk/blk AND waxing her like at LEAST once at week... is this normal, or am I A.D.D. or Obsessive Compulsive?

If you are, so am I
If you have a black car and DON'T wash at least once a week, you know your car isn't looking as good as it can.

I clean something on mine at least once a day. Of course, I work from home and don't have anything better to do a lot of the time.

I don't see why you need to clean it so much, you never drive it.

Hi, my name is Nick, and it has been two weeks since my last car wash. (Does rain count?)

...4000 miles and counting, and need new tires!

I work from home, and in between calls I'll run outside and do something insane.

Like this week I've put:

3 coats of Zaino on - Including hardtop
Z6 in between each coat of course
Plexus'd the rear window / wind screen / headlights / tail lights
Tire treatments...
Dust the car daily with the Cal Duster.
Lexol the interior

Damn I have a sickness...we need a 12 step program for this car.

We love our cars! That's the bottom line. Really, I don't care what others think of my/our compulsions. We have a great car and we take care of it! We love it! And unless they own a car that deserves such pride and respect (ie S2000, Porche, ect...) others will never understand.

Now back to the original issue. I wash and wax mine about every month. I avoid driving it in inclement weather. However what really helps me is I cover my car anytime it is parked for over a hour or so. It especially helps keeping the dust off. People who see me think I'm nuts, but I don't care!!!

Enjoy your S2000's!!!
