Default Paint chips and cracked lip underneath bumper

Hey I've had my S2k a few days now and noticed a tiny paint chip on the front of the lip on the bumper. I felt underneath it and its cracked to where you can move the pieces with your finger. How do I apply touch up paint to the front where you can see it? Also how do I seal the two parts where it looks like the previous owner might have ran over something?

Done! First pic is the front view of the chip. Second pic is what I could take from underneath the car. Paint is stripped but the pieces are lined up. I think it just needs adhesive to keep the two together, and then touched up on the front and underneath.

It looks nasty underneath lol.

hmm- can not really tell what i am looking at, but from your description it sounds like the bumper is cracked. if this is the case, it will need to be repaired (i think that they glue, sand and repaint) or replaced.
for me this would be a trip to a body shop.

maybe someone else on the board has experience with this...

Thanks for trying to help. I have epoxy and JB weld, i think that we are going to try to fix this up ourselves since we only found one crack. My last experience with a body shop didn't go to well, tons of overspray
