Default Paint Crack

Hi all;

The area where my rear quarter panel is bonded to the rocker panel shows the paint cracking. This is only on the driver's side. I tried covering the crack with touch up paint but the crack perpetuated through and is still showing. I think I need something more flexible? Any suggestions on how to fix this? What is the cause of this? Body flex? Thanks in advance.

I'll try to post some pictures tonight. The area is the line where the rear quarter panel connects to the rocker panel. The cracks on mine are actually just below the door and not at the bottom of the car.

I have just never heard of paint cracking on any s2000 unless it was damaged somehow.

is it where the rocker meets the quarter ( line goes from top to bottom)? I had this on my S as well. Never got any rust there. Just kept it cleaned and waxed.

Agree about posting a pic of this, so I can see it was the same as on my S.

Hear it is. There is a 3m clear bra over for now since the touch up paint did not work and I wanted to cover it up.
