good question!!

i just use the pc with whatever pad i am using and turn down the speed- dont usually have swirls in places that i cant reach so its not usually an issue... but when i want to get them, i just do the "touch-up" by hand.

Luckily, this car doesn't have too many small areas like that. Normally I just use a 4" pad to get the hard-to-reach spots, and any areas like under the door handles are done by hand

4 inch pads cool didn't know they made them that small...

Lets say i do some small areas by hand should i use the same products im using or do i need to have something that is meant to be worked by hand?

Yes, you can use the same products by hand, just keep in mind it will take a lot longer to get the same results

yeah im just getting myself some 4 inch pads since its faster but since the door handle is to small even to fit a 4 inch pad in there it needs to be done by hand regardless

What were you planning on using for swirl remover with the PC?

I'd be inclined to just use that rather than buy another product specifically for hand use (when the polish used with the PC is typically classified as hand-polish).
