The perfect matte finish...
For years now, I've been looking for the perfect cleaner/protectant for our interiors, that leaves a dull matte finish. Right now I have Vinylx, but not too happy with the oily residue it leaves behind. Even after buffing it off.
Do any of you have recommendations for getting my interior back to it's original matte interior? There seems to be a few good products on AutoGeek.net that claim they leave a matte finish, but I'm just not sure.

Cockpit premium has been my choice of interior cleaner. Leaves a nice matte black finish. 303 is really good for a otc and its readily available. Here's a write-up from detailersdomain with good photos of before/after interior for the cockpit premium.

+1 for 1Z Cockpit Premium. It is expensive, though, and has to be ordered. For a similar over-the-counter product try Meguiar's Interior Quik Detailer. Like CP, it leaves a nice matte finish.
If I feel that the vinyl needs a deeper cleaning, I use Meguiar's M40. It leaves behind a rich satin look, a bit more sheen than CP or IQD but less sheen than, say, 303.
