Default poorboys user expert advice!

always safer to use the least abrasive to remove swirl..so i got poorboys 1, 2, 2.5 all here now so if i was to apply 1 first, then say swirl are still there, then i will proceed onto 2, but before so, do i just apply 2 directly over 1 or should i somehow remove the first layer first? If so, what should be used for removal of the first layer?

Thanks in advance!!!!!

you can polish over a less aggressive polish- i would probably remove the first one first though...
one reason to buff it out after the polish is so you can see how the first one went. then you know whether you need to go more aggressive or not.

simon, our poorboys expert, will be along soon to give his thoughts i hope!

depending on the swirls(medium to mild) its actually the reverse way..

SSR 2.5, then 2, then 1.. in fact many times i've gone from SSR3 - heavy duty compound straight to SSR1

by doing it reverse, your SSR2 will remove any SSR1 as it's the more aggressive compound.

SSR1 is a really light compound and is similar to a cleanser wax..

regardless, SSR1 should be your last layer before applying sealant..

This past weekend, I have some pics of SSR3 to to Clearkote's VM and RMG to 4* UPP that i think everyone will enjoy..

feel free to PM me if you any further help..
