I'm suprised nobody mentioned clay and clay lube. Before you polish, this is a MUST. The megiuars kit they sell in the local auto store should be good enough.

303 is great stuff. I use it for all that plastic trim on the outside of the CRV. I detailed a couple of them last year.

Collinite 845 is a very durable wax. Can be put on very thin, and 2 coats will be great protection.

Megiuar's APC is a good all around product. Can be diluted to different ratios for interiors, carpets, engines, etc.

Another thing not mentioned, are some good microfiber towels. Get some for drying, wiping off polish, interiors, etc. I have ones I use for specific things, and doing so will prevent croos-contamination, and adding more damage. Example, I have ones I use for wheels, ones for drying paint, glass only towels etc. Might seem costly at first, but in the long run, it will save you aggravation.

After a little bit of thought and reading reviews I may start with the following products. I'm sure most of this is trial, error, and Advil for the shoulder. I already had a few things (shampoo, MF Towels) so I'll use those products up and move on to something else. I am sure I will be missing something.

Wheel Wells, Tires, & Engine
Megs' Hyperdressing
Megs Super Degreaser

Interior & Leather
*Lexol leather cleaner
*Lexol leather conditioner
*Meguiars Quik Interior Detailer

Exterior
RaggTopp Vinyl Convertible Top Care Kit
Finish First Polish/Prep Kit
1Z Einszett Glanz Wax

For your white S2K, I would recommend a synthetic sealant. They seem to give that extra "bling" that white needs. They also give you superior durability. For bang for the buck, consider the following sealants:

Finish Kare 1000p
DuraGloss 105
Werkstat Acrylic Jet
Meguiar's NXT
Optimum OptiSeal

For a pre-sealant cleanser, consider:

Werkstat Prime
Klasse All in One
DuraGloss 501

Have fun!

Sprayway is one of the best glass cleaners I have ever used. I like it hella more than Stoner's Invisible Glass.
I haven't tried Sprayaway yet and have been using Invisible Glass for a few years...

I've heard lots about the Sprayaway... will order some soon!

Try Target, Walmart, or Sams Club. I have seen it at the 1st 2 and someone is buying me some at Sams. I think it's 4 can for just under $8. That's less than $2 a can

You can pickup Sprayway at about any Sam's Club for about 10 bucks in a 3 pack. I picked up 48 microfiber towels for 20 bucks. I use those around the house besides for detailing the car.

I also recommend the Werkstat products. Quick Wash is a good, cheap detailer / spray wash. One of the Primes as a 1st step, and one of the Jetts as a 2nd step.
