So ive done the whole paint cleaner, polish, wax things step by step. Now what if my car gets dirty again how am i suppose to wash it? i herd wax lasts for quite a while so does that mean i just need to wash the car with car soap and dry it? or do in need to wax it over again?

you should wax until you have a finish that you like... i had 20 + coats of zaino on mine before i stopped for awhile (and then removed all and started over).
wax will only last for a couple of months or so (depending on the conditions that your car is in), so you still need to reapply at some point even if you dont care about the depth and shine.
always wash with high quality shampoo and mitt...
if you dont have time for a full wax, i advise that you use p21s- apply to a small section and wipe off right away, then do another section... very quick waxing!

wannabe is a p21s whore

Yea basically just wash with soap if your happy with the present shine. Use a detailing spray after every wash to help it shine up afterwards.
