i just picked up the cleaner and conditioner of lexol over at my local pep boys and was curiuos if i apply both will it get rid of the creases in some parts of the leather? if applied ample? or will it just work on not getting me any more creases in the leather? thanks everyone in advance.

sorry, but no it won't fix existing creases, even if you slather it on. It may help to reduce the appearance of creases in the future, though (i.e. new ones). Make sure to not use too much of the cleaner (follow directions!) as it's a PITA to clean off completely if you do.
I believe there's an "official leather" thread around here somewhere in which a leather expert (whose name escapes me) answers all your leather questions. It's in the wash/wax forum here somewhere, damnit... aha! 2nd page...

The recommendation is every 3 months or so for a nice cleaning and treatment, depending on the condition of the seats. Nice color combo, btw
