wd-40 for the car's seat (not gonna comment on what to do about the girl)!

(soak a rag and use it to soak the gum- rub it gently and repeat until it comes off)

be sure to use a good quality leather cleaner after and follow that by a leather preservative-

apply little bit of heat(not too hot to a point to crack the leather) and use goo gone

make sure you wash it and use conditioner, the goo gone stuff are know to fade leather and plastic trim

Try "oops", purchase at most any auto parts store, there are also several other brands that remove most anything.

No goo gone. Use girl gone. That way you'll never have gum on your seats again!
