Default Repair window trip/moldings

Hey there, does anyone know if replacing the rubber window sill (at the base of the window but at the top of the door handle, screw #25 goes into it in the pic) or that rubber molding that extends along the arc of the rear trunk is repairable(#16 in the pic)? Mine is looking a bit weathered and scratched and would like to know if It is possible to get it looking new again. I was thinking about buying new trim but replacing the rear trim that runs along the arc of the convertible is not possible unless you uninstall the convertible top. The color is fine but it is the scratches in the molding that I want to repair. I wonder if one of those interior/leather repair guys can fix it?
