Default rocker panels

Guys, suggestions for cleaning our rocker panels? Just behind the front wheels, the paint is essentially 'stained' yellow/brown.. looking for something stronger to clean it with... or some sort of brush/scrubber.. help?

steps i would take:

1. wash well and dry

2. clay the area you show with an old clay (not one that i would use on the top surfaces)

3. if that didnt get it, i would then move onto a paint cleaner which is similar to a swirl remover... a light polish.

and if you can post up before and after pics... you could tell us what worked and even show the results. post up close ups would be the best.
good luck with this!

also, be sure to apply for your wash and wax badge after this... by sending me a pm.
