Rubbed off paint by hand!
So I finally pulled the car out of winter storage and drove it the past few days. I then noticed a small scratch on the rear bumper (after my usual inspection after driving) so I thought, "No biggie, I'll just spot it with some ScratchX." So I started and removed the smaller scratches and continued on a second application because of a deep scratch. After a little rubbing, paint started to peel off!

I tried using a touch-up pen but the color came out darker than normal so I immediately clayed off the touch-up paint.
I was thinking about taking it to a paint spot shop. Any suggestions? TIA

im sending my car in next week to the body shop, was just wondering of any other car had the same problem
I've seen this before. You take a rag or applicator and put an abrasive like scratch-X on it. Then you take your finger and apply presure at that one spot and pretty soon you've gone through the paint. It isn't that hard to do, especially on painted plastic.
