on the seals the best is shinitsu grease...
although i just use the same thing that i use on the vinyl -
you can also use whatever you use on the tires.
if you want easy, use 303 or vinylex (vinyl products).
if you want rubber products (they really are rubber or vinyl):
autoglym makes a good one, and more are at:
