Hey guys, does anyone happen to know what the CR seats/door panels are made of? Are they real suede or imitation faux-suede? I bought some 303 Fabric Guard to use on them, but the bottle just arrived and it states "not for use on imitation suede" so I figured I would ask before applying some in a small area to test it out. If I can't use this then what would you guys recommend to use on the suede? Just a wet cloth? Any info would be appreciated.

I believe they're alcantara.. but I could be wrong. I wouldn't use the 303. Look in to Leather Masters Nubuck Cleaner and Protecant from detailers domain.

 

+1. I wouldn't use anything but the Leather Master's stuff specifically for Alcantara. That's pretty unique upholstery, and it can be finicky.

 

it is alacantra in the cr's. be very careful even with mild detergents. i will get back with you on a good product for it
