Scratch remover for rear window
I remember someone saying that Kit Scratch remover would work on the read window even though its made for paint scratches. Does this work for all scratch romovers? I found a bottle of Turle Wax scratch and swirl remover and I dont want to mess up my plastic window trying it out.
I would stick with something formulated for plastic. I use Maguire's and it works well. Putting something formulated for paint surfaces may have long term (like premature yellowing) consequences.
also check this thread... i agree with william though, and i dont think that i would use a product that is not intended for the plastic window:

On my old 01 I had some nasty scratches and tried RENOVO Vinyl Window Polish. The stuff worked great I could see clearly out the window and the scratches were gone. Now that I have an 03 I just bought some and put it on the lenses and it has done great. Keeps them polished. I used the stuff when stationed overseas and now found it at A and M Motor Sport in Ohio. There web site is www.aandmmotorsport.com. I have tried almost everything on the market but like this stuff the best.

I used the NOVUS system on my Wrangler a few years back. It is great!!! I actually ordered some this morning from Quadratec.com. They offer the 8 oz kit for $16.95 and additional polish cloths for $3.95......
