Default Scratch on the rollbar cover!!!

How do you make the scratch just go away??? There's got to be a product out there. I have the black interior! Thanks for any help I can get!

I'm sorry, I guess I didn't make myself real clear. I was refering to scratches on interior plastic that's black. You know the rollbar cover and other trim pieces. Maybe that will help. Thanks!

josh- might sound strange, but if the scratches are not bad, plexus is the best choice, even on the interior vinyl.

Yeah, but I'm talking about the plastic...you know like the consol and stuff like that. You think plexus will still work on that?

Wanabe, so plexus works on the vinyl dash? I have a real light scuff/scratch on dash and was afraid any polish would only further scuff the material.

yup, plexus is a light polish and works on light scratches...
i always try least aggressive products first- and plexus is the least aggressive plastic polish/cleaner i know of.

try it on a small area of your dash first- afterwards you might need to apply your vinylex or 303 over it.
and great on our light covers and instrument cover too!

I'll try it. As far as light covers, I tried Meguires PlastiX and it did virtually nothing.

Just ordered some! I'll let you know how it works. I'm just confused on how it's supposed to help on painted plastic surfaces. As long as it works...I don't care how, right? Like I said, I'll let you know hohw it does. I know if I put Armorall on it...the scratches don't show up quite as bad, but I'm hoping this will be more of a permanant fix. If it doesn't work on the rollbar cover...I'm sure I'll use it on the headlights and my motorcycle helmet! Thanks for you help wanabe!

josh- plexus can get out really small scratches, but will cover some too (like your armorall was doing).
anything that plexus cant get or cover might need a more aggressive plastic polish- but thats harder to use, so my fingers are crossed for the plexus!
and yup, plexus is good for the things you mentioned as well as the windscreen and headlights and taillights (and instrument panel).
good luck!
