Default Scratched black plastic

When I went in to get my boot lowered the back of my rool hoops got scatched up. Is there anything out there that will make the marks less noticeable?

tmkarab,

The best solution to a problem like this is to get a vinyl welder on to it. AFAIK, no off-the-shelf product can make trim scratches disapper. Your local dealership should be able to recommend a good vinyl welder to cover the spot. You shouldn't be able to notice the scratch once the work is done. FYI, these type of guys are also good at repairing holes from cellphone/mobile phone car kits...

I put a small scratch on my dash and went over the line with a thin-point black felt pen. It's not an exact color match but looks better than it was. You might want to try it until you get a proper fix done. You could also try rubbing in some black shoe polish. It might help.

What exactly is vinyl welding? Is it expensive? Maybe i should try the felt tip pen first
