what's a good product to use to clean and take out scuff marks on the interior, specifically on the roll bar behind are heads. i have a few that are kinda hard to get off. any info would be great. thanks all.

or
just grime?
how did they get there?

 

the dealership left them when putting the tonneau cover on...and i didn't discover them until i drove home when i was planning on washing my baby.
