seat cleaning (spilled sauce)
sorry its not about s2k seat but i need some advise.
yesterday my friend and i were ordering food togo but i accidently spilled some kind of garlic dressing on his car seat(not leather) and it smells awful....i only spilled few drips not alot i think but that thing smells so strong... so his car smells like garlic now -_- we tried febreze and some other deodorant but smell would come back after few hours..
is there any way to get rid of this smell and little stain? thx in advance

First you have to clean it up really well with a fabric cleaner (see the section on my website for upholstery cleaning). You'll need to make sure you use a wet/dry vac to suck out the cleaning solution when you're done because it's important you get any remaining sauce out of the seat or the odor will come back.
Then you have to spray an odor eliminator on the area. A lot of products like Febreeze just cover up the odor with a perfume. Get some Meguiar's Odor Eliminator. You can find it almost anyplace they sell Meguiar's.

In the spring this happened to my wifes car with milk (older posts). After doing all the cleaning invest in one of those ionic cleaner thingy. You've probably seem big house/ room ones at Sharper Image. I got one for the 12v (cig lighter) and leave it in the car a couple of months an no smell whatso ever and it clean the air in the car.

is there any recommanded wet/dry vaccum product to just clean small area? theres so many to choose from i dont know which one i need i hope its not that expensive.

yea about that steaming my friend got a little steam machine and we were about to use it on his seat but i was afraid it might damage the fabric so you guys think its ok to use steam machine on fabric seat?
