Default Side Emblems - Need Local Help

I'm located in NJ. I've tried 4-5 times now to remove the glue from the side emblems. I've only gotten through one side, and there's still some glue residue left on the paint.
I've tried the hot water, goo-be-gone, heat gun tricks.
Basically, I'm completely inept when it comes to bodywork.

Anyone In the Paramus NJ area who may be willing to assist me.
Perhaps on a tech day or something?

Thanks.

EDIT: Yes, I read through the DIYs and tried mostly everything on there. Maybe my issue is that I'm trying this during the cold of winter... but now I feel I need the help of a Wash&Wax MAster. Thanks.

Seed what I mean... scary-ass $#!T.

I don't want to be pouring Gas on my paint, without supervision.
I know myself and I'll mess it up. For whatever reason, I'm very careful and meticulous with mechanical things... but paint scares the heck out of me.

The goo gone should do the trick. You might have to use a little bit of pressure. It won't just dissolve it from the paint. You'll have to agitate it a little. It's just suppose to help you remove it easier.

Just use a little bit of pressure on it. It should start lifting off. Don't use anything sharp though to try to scrape it off. That'll just put scratches in your car. Use an old microfiber towel and your finger to gently peel it up. Just take your time.

It won't harm your paint. Might not be a bad idea to wash it and wax it after you are done though.

According to Google maps, I am about 2800 miles away.

I live over in the Seattle area. Sorry.

Can you take some pictures of the residue you have left? Maybe that'll give everyone an idea of how much you need to use.

If you were talking to me, I live about 2 hours from philly. Too far I think.

I've tried the following:
Goo gone and finger scraping, until my nails almost fell off.
Goo gone with credit card, very carefully.
Created a "cup" around glue area with masking tape, and pouring Goo gone into it
... let that soak for an hour, and still hard to remove.
Heat gun with scraping. Burned my fingers, and still no luck.

Anyone out there work at a body shop? What do they use?

Ironically i just finished doing this very job.
I used a heat lamp to soften the area up and rubbed a rag with mineral spirits. Then several HOURS of slow fingernail scrapeing. You need to take a "zen" approach to this and eventually it will all come off. Hang in there!
