make it flat,

figured a wet sanding, what grit tho? 3000? higher?


basically i cut the paint that flaked up around divot. covered in touchup which it in paint strokes but to sand it down to flat id sand correct?

anything else i can use thats less abrasive?

How did you fill the hole with paint? If the paint is built up you may need to start with 1000 or 1500.

 

it was a divotfilled in finetiny layer by layer i dont wanna rouch grit to ruin clear around

 

You can use 2000 and just work at it. Cut out a little piece of 2000 and glue it to a pencil eraser. That is good for spot reduction.
