Default SPA Detailing is finished!!

Just got finished washing, claybarring, washing again, polishing, waxing, window cleaning, and vinyl treatment. The Spa Yellow is soooooo awesome. The finish is so smooth a piece of dust can't even grip the finish. Shit, now I can't drive it .

Awesome! I can't wait to see it!

The work involved in the first wash/clay/wash/wax is worth it - from now one, once a month or so will keep your beauty looking good.

So, what did you end up doing for the drying, cotton or microfiber?

Way 2 go, 0-hi-0!

Man, I saw a very perdy Spa Yeller on the road this morning, and it was AWESOME...

Y'know, Yellow was my first choice of color, but I couldn't wait for it. Sometimes I just wish if I had more patience...

Hey, got any pics?

Jonas,

I used microfiber for wiping down the clay, as well as for the glass. For polish and wax I used the 100% cotton Fieldcrest towels you recommended.

Vince, I would submit pics except my digital camera is no longer speaking with my disabled laptop. Sounds like the Pashtun's vs. the Northern Alliance. I hate technology sometimes. All I can tell you is the car looks "tits". It is smooth enough to be used as a sex aid. (P.S. I know I'm going to hear a lot of grief for that comment
)

Microfiber towels have only been available to us for several years, soft cotton towels have been used by detailers for decades. It's a case of new and better technology against the old school technology. And you say it's running 50/50, that speaks very highly of Microfiber towels.
