Suggestions for a newbie!
Hey all, I was hoping you guys could help me with a few suggestions on what to buy while DD still has the promo going on. I just wanted to get a few things to clean up my S, I do wash my car once in a while and right now I'd say my car is in need of another wash.
Here are a few things on my list to buy so far:
Uber "Black" Microfiber Towel
Uber Jumbo Waffle Weave Drying Towel Blue
Grit guard(maybe)
Uber Genuine Wool Wash Mitt
RAGGTOPP Cleaner and Vinyl Protectant Kit
Microfiber detergent(don't think its necessary though)
I have a few things like Gold class car wash and armorall for the interior. Unless you guys have better suggestions for soap and interior sprays. I've never polished or clay barred before and don't know whether this would be a good time to start. I also have a little clouding of my headlights but it doesn't look like DD sells any kits.
I was thinking of picking up one of those cheap brushes at my local autoparts store for the wheels. Those beginner sets that DD sells look good but I don't know if its in my best interest to spend that much for someone who doesn't wash their car often.
I think I kinda posted this late but any help would be appreciated.

I always used just regular soap i wash my clothes with and it's done no harm i can tell to my towels. I will say though don't use dryer sheets EVER. Also for polishing and what not for a beginner.
Poor Boys Polish with Sealant
Non-abrasive polish and a long lasting sealant, easy to use.
Poor Boys EXP
Pure sealant that will last if you live in heat like I do.
On soap doesn't really matter just needs to be car soap, and on interior spray I'm going to give Poor Boys interior spray a try soon because the store bought stuff always smells funky.

This may not be a smart question but will that detergent for the mf towels be alright for a front loading washing machine?
thanks for the suggestion on the polish, but i don't see it on DD. Anyways, most polishes can be applied by hand correct?
