Default Swissvax cleaner fluid

Swissvax recommends using their cleaner fluid before applying any of their waxes and I was wondering if any of you knew if it would remove zaino/jetseal/etc? I would love to see the swissvax on top of a sealant, but dont know if the cleaner makes this impossible.

not positive, but i think it does remove other protection... i think that is part of the purpose- to get to clean paint (or clearcoat).

great idea. i would try the wax without the cleaner over your synthetic.

another idea:
do half (say trunk) one way and the other half the other way- then compare over a couple of weeks.

Swissvax Cleaner Fluid will strip the sealant off the car.

Swissvax recommends using thier cleaner fluid assuming that the paint is not clean. If you want to apply Swissvax over your sealant, then apparently the paint is clean, and is ready for you to apply the swissvax over the sealant.

Thanks for the answers, guys.

Do you think the best course of action would be to use cleaner fluid, then seal, then top with the wax? If I did that, I was concerned that the oils from the cleaner fluid would interfere with the sealant bonding to the paint.

if you have to go with the sealant, do all your polishing then sealant, let it set and then follow up with the Swissvax Onyx, Concorso, etc... (pass on the cleaner fluid)

Thanks Phil. I can't wait to get that swissvax and try it out.
