Default too late to debadge side emblems?

Ive had my 00 S for 2 weeks now and I want to remove the side S2000 badges...the thing is my car has 45k miles...is it too late to debadge? How bad would the paint look underneath? It's a NFR....

Should be fine. You may see a "shadow" but that will fade and Im sure some waxing and polishing will get some out.

I did a WRX that had about the same mileage as you....at first, we took it off, and clearly saw a WRX imprinted on the paint (the WRX was cleaner and brighter)....

Then, I used a little bit of Turtle Wax rubbing compound, and now you cant tell at all.

the mileage of the vehicle has nothing to do with worrying about debadging.
you should be more worried about the age of the paint .

Most of the time, mileage indicates age. *Most* of the time.

(ie more often than not, a 36,000 mile car is 3 years old)
