Default Turtle Wax "Ultra Gloss"

I saw a TV ad for Turtle wax Ultra Gloss, claiming it to be the highest shine product made. I thought "yeah, right!" But I tried some in an "A - B test against Lexol, and Ill be darned. The TW Ultra Gloss won! Any of you used this product and know of any downsides?

One strange thing ---- directions say to apply with a DRY foam applicator.

Thanks,
Richard

Gentlemen: It is I, not you, that am confused. In fact, I am a dumb-dumb

I meant to say ZYMOL, not Lexol. These things happen when one gets to my age! Let me start over.

I recently waxed two of my cars with ZYMOL, including the recommended step of "spritzing" the car with water from a spray bottle and "wet polishing" as the final step. They looked great. Then I saw this TV ad for Turtle Wax Ultra Gloss, claiming it to have the greatest shine of any car polish. I thought "yeah, right", but decided to give it a try anyway -- in a test area on both of the freshly ZYMOL waxed cars. I found the Turtle Wax Ultra Gloss to give more shine on my red s2k, and A LOT more shine on my burgandy Mercedes. I found it VERY easy to use.

I was just wondering if anybody knew of any downside to Turtle Wax Ultra Gloss. Because, if not, I think I'll use it from now until something better comes along.

Thanks,
Richard
