Default Wanted to give props to Autopia

I ordered a bunch of stuff from Autopia last week and had a really great experience and I wanted to give them some public credit.

When I placed my order I forgot to order the clay I wanted. I sent an email and Lynn managed to get the clay into my order before it went out.

When my box arrived I found that my bottle of detailing spray had a small hole and had leaked a decent amount into the box. I sent an email and within three days I got an email saying a new bottle had shipped free of charge.

It is just nice that companies put a priority on customer service. I know a lot of you use them already, but I just wanted to say thanks to Autopia and let everyone know that they do right by their customers.

That's awesome to hear!

I would also like to add that I promptly received an order yesterday from AutoGeek that was well packaged and 100% correct.

And, UPS tracking shows that today I've received a prompt shipment from ProperAutoCare.

From many comments on this and other boards, it seems that the online auto-care companies understand what customer service is all about.

Yeah, I should have mentioned I also ordered products from autogeek and properautocare. They were also received quickly, but Autopia stood out due to the circumstances.

Wanabe, please do pass it on. I'd like for them to know that their good customer service has earned them a continued customer.
