I use the Meguiar's Mirror Glaze Wheel Cleaner. It's not a "no touch" solution, where you spray it on and wash it off, but I don't think any system like this will give you perfect results. The Mirror Glaze works great on the stock rims, which I think have a clear coat finish on them. Even if your brake dust has been on there for some time, it should come off fairly easily. It's a good product.
