I recently used Meguiars Cleaner, then polish, then NXT on my Silverstone S2000...
I'm wondering if it would be good to put some carnauba on top of the NXT, as I hear that layers of NXT are useless. Meguiars gold class paste to be specific...
Should I do this? Or use Meguiar's Gold Class and THEN put NXT on top of it?
imo, a polymer polish as a base is better than a carnuba base. I would simply put NXT on the finish, and top it with a carnuba. In the past I've topped my Zaino with s100 when I had my silverstone. This combo I found better with the darker colours, but not with my SPA
I'm REALLY interested to see your results as I just did an '04 rio yellow over the weekend and was mildly disappointed with the results. It simply looked "shiny" but not "wet looking." I had used Meg's Gold Glass solely and side by side next to my SPA, my SPA with it's weather beaten Zaino and just a few squirts of z6 spray looked wetter than his finish..
So Im hoping this NXT provides a "wet looking" finish as oppposed to a simply "shiny" appearance.
