3. how bad are they? you might need a body shop or quick dent removal place
4. if just minor blemishes in the paint, a good polish will do the trick

looks like you already got lots of good advice!
dent removal or body shop are your choices-
if it was my car it would go to a high end body shop... (one that works on exotics or one that i know does quality work)
