Moving to wash and wax..

Try using Newspaper instead of the towels and such..It does wonders for my windows.

A good quility Microfiber towel works the best !

if you need to use a cleaner, the best I've found is Eagle One 20/20, with a microfiber towel. Apply onto the towel, buff on, wait a minute, buff off, just like a polish. Hot sun will help 'cure' the cleaner virtually instantly, and you'll be able to view the glass like a mirror to ensure waterspots and residue is non-existent.

If you just have haze, then just a clean, dry microfiber is good.
