Some fools egged just my windshield, used the dishwasher pad (rough green side) to scrub it off, but left lots of scratches... how should I remove them?

I also have pock marks from rocks...

 

You can go to an autoparts store and ask them for a windshield buffing kit. The "discs" attach to a hand drill. It should come with instructions as to how to use the various wheels and compounds. If this job is too daunting, talk to a windshield repair shop.
