Yellow bug mush on a white car

lots of dead bugs up front. i clean it off, but i've got some yellowed spots that i can't get off with water and a good scrubbing with a towel. what must i do to remove these little spots?

I would use a citrus based cleaner, like Xenit. There's other types, that's just the one I happen to use.
