Do I live under a rock? Why have I never heard anything of their products? Why can't I order their products over the internet or at the very least over the phone?!?

You probably haven't heard of Zaino because it is a "word of mouth" product...no advertising. There may be a distributor in your area...email Sal at: wet@zainobros.com, and inquire about availability.
