Default Zaino and PC ?

I finally decided to purchase a PC, i notice with zaino product they recomend not using a PC with their products, why? I also was watching some vids on how to use the PC correctly, and it seems like most people just romove the polish afer it is broken down instead of letting it sit for awhile then removing it. Zaino also states that it takes at least an hour for the polish to cure. I'm super confused on how to apply and cure time, any help would be appreciated. BTW car has been claybared and already has a couple coats of Z-5 and Z-2 on it.

doug- welcome to the board!!

it really depends on which zaino product you are using as to cure time, and it is all opinion as to whether to use the machine or not with zaino.

my thoughts-

i do like to use the machine. you have to be very careful though. a new pad with no cut is best for applying product. i like it cause you can get an even almost-no-product-showing coat on the car. i let it cure for at least an hour or so (older z2 and z5)... then i buff it off with a mb bonnet over a lambswool pad- all machine actions as the air flows over the car, not in circles or sideways.

if i could only do one of the apply or remove steps by machine, i would go for the apply. the remove is easy by hand too (i just like to play with my machine!!)

^thanks. I'm going to start out by using Z-5 plus the accelerator (helps with cure time), then follow up with Z-2. Sound Good?

sure... got swirls that you want to cover up?
if so, that will help (z5)
if not, you prob dont need the z5

when the swirls bother you enough, check back in here and we will guide you through the process of removing them
