Default zaino procedures?

i plan on getting zfx, z2, z5 and z6 and clay of course. i hear a lot of diff. procedures so i figured i'd ask what you guys do. under my understanding ur supposed to
1)wash the car in dawn to get off all the previous junk
2)clay the whole car with liquid(water) to prevetn scratches
3)wash the car in dawn again to be safe
4)put z6 on the car first then go to z5 to fill in scratches
5)use z6 again then another coat of z5
6)use z6 again then coats of z2 to bring out the shine

am i missing something? i've seen some ppl go straight to the z2 or z5 after the claybar.. and some suggest to use z6 first and use them in intervals for the z5/z2. i figure itll look something likle

wash/clay/wash/z6/z5/z6/z5/z6/z2/z6/z2 and more combos of z6/z2 depending on how many "layers" you want. sorry if all this is confusing but thanks in advance for the input!

I just did mine last weekend and I followed the distributor's advice and everything worked great. He told me that my car didn't need z5 because I don't have any scratches swirls so he suggested that I buy zfx, z2, z6, z7 and clay. I ended up buying everything but the clay because I read on here that clay magic was better. I washed the car with Dawn, left it wet and used a mixture of a half capfull of z7 (car wash) and water in a spray bottle for the lube for the clay bar. I clayed the whole car, rinsed off the soap again and dried the car with a leaf blower and then the Absorber in places that I missed. After that I did a layer of z6 as instructed to get any of the water spots etc that I may have missed and then a coat of zfx/z2 followed by another coat of z6 and then zfx/z2 again. Then today I went out and z6'd the whole car again and the followed that with a coat of z2. This worked very well and the results were mind blowing. The most important part is your prep time. Make sure to wash/dry your car near dusk when there is no direct sunlight to further prevent spots and make sure the finish is like glass before applying any Zaino products.

and if you follow my posts, you know that i would add a last step-
p21s!
this is optional and can be added at a later detailing too.
my first app was only a couple of coats of z2. then i just added more z2 each time i detailed over the next few months, until i learned about p21s.
now, with a good base of zaino, i p21s the car every 6 weeks or so (usually using my quick detail method)- and then about every 3 to 6 months slap on another coat of zaino.

okay i see. so i was pretty close with my original post. i will be needing the z5 and the z2. so i suppose putting on 2 layers of z5 with z6 in between then starting on the z2 with z6 in between. do u end up with the z6 or the z2/z5? also.. u mis the zfx with the z2 and the z5 or just the z2?

I end with the Z6. And I use ZFX with both Z2 and Z5.

so zfx is just to mix with the z2 or z5 to speeden up the process? if i washed/clayed my car and im' ready to do the z6/z2 or z6/z5 combo and i already did one layer. if the next day i plan on doing another layer, do i have to wash the car again before i apply the z6/z2 or z6/z5?
