Default zorbeez

Yea yea, it's from an infomercial

I searched the W&W forum and found nothing regarding Zorbeez so i'm just wondering if anyone has tried them?

They can be found at www.asseenontv.com

and yes, I just ordered some
6 large and 4 extra large zorbeez towels should arrive on my doorstep within 4-6 weeks

is this the same crap towel as the SHAMWOW??? if it is... then the towel works like crap. i would not use it on a car finish if your looking to keep it looking good.

ahah yea I think it's the same one but not 100% positive. I guess i'll be the guinnea pig
$30 isn't that big of a deal to try something out. I'm hoping that it absorbes water well. I won't be rubbing my car down with these, but maybe lay them on the finish and peel them off to leave the surface just damp enough that a clean high quality microfibre cloth with clean up the remains of moisture.

I've tried them, and they sucks. They are currently cut up in pieces sitting under the bathroom sink to use at least once...

Are Shamwow and the Absorber similar because this is what i've been using the Absorber to dry my car for years.

I hope the Absorber is better than Shamwow

the absorber is a synthetic chamois, feels like rubber, gets very soft as ou use it, and is IMO a great product. I've also used the absorber for many years.

The shamwow/zorbeez things are more like felt, and do not have the absorbing power of the absorber, feel more stiff, and are not soft at all. They feel like a badly used up plastic scouring pad you use for dishes...

A friend thought he was doing me a favor when he gave me some Shamwow's. I don't have the heart to tell him the only thing they are fit for is to add padding to my service cart surface.
